Tualatin Hills Today

Happy New Year!

Thank you for a wonderful 2012. It was a year that featured the completion of the Fanno Creek Trail within our boundaries, a memorable summer evening with Los Lobos, and countless other events, big and small.

We look forward to serving you in 2013 with even more fun activities for your enjoyment.

Winter term begins Jan. 7

New classes and programs begin soon! If you haven't already, sign up today online or in person at any THPRD facility.  A list of available classes can be found in our Activities Guide or by searching our online class database.

 

Wipe Out! is back at pools this winter

Looking for a little extra fun at your local pool? Then come by and take on the Aqua Challenge, a 40-foot-long water toy making the rounds at THPRD pools this winter. Check out the complete schedule to see when it is visiting a pool near you.

Program thrives at Beaverton pool

The Specialized Aquatics program, for swimmers devopmentally or physically disabled, is thriving at Beaverton Swim Center with more than 135 youth and adults enrolled.  Established in 1980, the program provides 1-on-1 instruction for participants.

Is your kid a Nature Kid?

Nature Kids is a September-to-May preschool program that focuses on experiential learning. Children form friendships and learn from caring teachers in an active, natural environment at the Tualatin Hills Nature Park.

Take the Cedar Hills Fitness Challenge
